Welcome! I’m so glad you are interested in working toward obtaining your advanced social work licensure.
Choosing a clinical supervisor is one of the most significant professional decisions you will make. True supervision transforms the theories and techniques you learned in graduate school into real-world application and action. A successful, smooth transition from theory to practice builds the exact confidence and clinical reasoning you need to practice with true expertise.
With over a decade of clinical and supervisory experience, I am eager to help you develop as a clinician and prepare to pass your LCSW exam with confidence.
I am currently enrolling Texas LMSWs for my next virtual clinical supervision cohort beginning in September.

Clinical supervision should be one of the most valuable learning experiences of your professional career—not just another requirement to check off before taking the licensing exam.
When I work with supervisees, my focus is on helping them become thoughtful, ethical, and confident clinicians who feel prepared for independent practice. Together, we'll strengthen your clinical reasoning, develop your professional identity, and apply what you learned in graduate school to real-life clinical situations.
I strive to create a supervision experience that is structured, engaging, and supportive while challenging you to grow both personally and professionally.
Every supervisor has a different approach. Mine is built around intentional learning, collaboration, and real clinical growth.
Structured learning around core social work competencies.
Interactive diagnostic discussions using real cases.
Navigate ethical dilemmas and professional boundaries.
Collaborative problem-solving for clinical cases.
Improve documentation and treatment planning skills.
Apply proven interventions and best practices.
Develop confidence in your own clinical style.
Learn alongside fellow LMSWs in a supportive environment.
Receive guidance tailored to your professional growth.
Prepare for licensure with review and exam strategies.
Hear from former supervisees about their experience with clinical growth, structured learning, professional support, and LCSW exam preparation.

Yes. ASWB Clinical Exam preparation is incorporated into the supervision experience, with additional structured exam preparation provided during the final months of supervision.
Outside supervision may be possible depending on your employment setting and supervision arrangement. We will review your situation during your consultation and confirm any applicable requirements before supervision begins.
Texas currently requires at least 3,000 hours of supervised professional clinical experience completed over a minimum of 24 months, including at least 100 hours of supervisory sessions. Because licensing requirements can change, always confirm current requirements directly with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council.
The first step is to schedule a supervision consultation. We'll discuss your current role, where you are in your supervision journey, your professional goals, current group availability, and whether my supervision program is a good fit for your needs.
